- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the stated delivery time:
- Contact customer service at support@quiabeauty.com within 21 days.
- We’ll work with the carrier to locate your parcel.
Note: If you contact us after 21 days, we may not be able to track your parcel.
